While there is no expectation that Student participants will become full Top Engineer members, the ultimate goal is to inspire and enable that journey. To maintain access to this plan, participants must meet the following requirements:

Proof of Attendance and Academic Performance
Participants must provide proof of attendance and demonstrate strong academic performance at an accredited university. We honor most schools globally but reserve the right to decline certain schools at our discretion.
Professionalism and Mindset
A professional attitude, ambition, and a growth mindset are essential. Participants must demonstrate a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
Industry Relevance
Participants must have a strong interest in industries relevant to Top Engineer, such as Automotive, Aerospace, Energy, and Motorsports.
