All Ascend participants must adhere to Top Engineer's professional code of conduct, demonstrating integrity, respect, and ethical behavior in all professional interactions.
Essential Attitude and Mindset
A growth mindset, positive attitude, and commitment to continuous improvement are essential. Participants must demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt.
Industry Relevance
Participants must have experience or a strong interest in industries relevant to Top Engineer, such as Automotive, Aerospace, or Energy.
Good Work History
A solid work history demonstrating reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic is required. This includes maintaining a positive reputation in previous roles.
Note: A degree is not required for Ascend participation. However, participants must demonstrate a commitment to professional growth and development.
